Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Retail customers, professional salon accounts, and distributor clients may request returns or exchanges under the conditions outlined below. All returns must be in original condition and packaging unless the product is defective or damaged. Proof of purchase is required.

Return and Exchange Conditions

Retail Customers:

Unopened and unused items may be returned within the return window.

Opened or unopened items that are defective, incorrect, or damaged on arrival may be returned or replaced.

Professional Salon Accounts:

Unopened items or full kits may be returned within the salon return window.

No returns on opened colour tubes, bleach, or chemical products unless defective.

Distributor and Bulk Orders:

Damaged or defective pallet or bulk shipments may be returned or replaced.

Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Windows

Retail Customers: 30 days from delivery for unopened and unused items.

Retail Defective or Damage Claims: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Professional Salon Accounts: 14 days from delivery for eligible items.

Distributor Orders: Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Process

Contact sales@beautycanada.ca with your order number, photos (if damaged), and reason for return.

A Return Authorization (RA) will be issued if the product is eligible.

Once approved:

Retail and salon customers return the product to the designated return address.

Distributor returns will be coordinated and may include freight arrangements.

After inspection, eligible refunds or replacements will be processed.

Fees, Restocking, and Exceptions

Change-of-mind retail returns do not incur restocking fees.

Wholesale and distributor returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Final-sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.

Opened colour tubes, bleach, and chemicals are non-returnable unless defective.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges are available for unopened products subject to stock availability.

If a product is discontinued or out of stock, an alternative or store credit may be offered.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Items that are damaged or defective on arrival must be reported within the specified time frame.

Photos of the product and packaging may be required.

Replacement shipments or refunds will be arranged at no cost for eligible cases.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened hair colour tubes, bleach, and chemical items

Any partially used product

Clearance items marked “Final Sale”

Opened personal care or hygiene products

Items returned without proof of purchase or after the return window
