Who Qualifies as a Distributor?
A Distributor is a registered business that purchases products for resale and/or redistribution through approved retail or wholesale channels.
- National & regional retail chains (e.g., Shoppers Drug Mart or similar retailers)
- Independent retail outlets (beauty supply stores, barber supply stores, specialty cosmetic retailers)
- Professional salons & spas with retail storefront operations
- Multi-location operators and approved sub-distributors
All distributor applicants must provide valid business registration and resale documentation.
Order Minimums
- Minimum Order Value: $1,000 per order (product subtotal before tax and shipping)
- Minimum Quantity: One full case per SKU
- Hair Colour Products: Must be ordered in multiples of 3 units for packaging purposes
Orders that do not meet minimum requirements may be adjusted, delayed, or cancelled until minimums are satisfied.
Pricing Policy & Marketplace Restrictions
- Distributor pricing is confidential and available only to approved accounts.
- Products may not be liquidated, dumped, or sold below the agreed-upon wholesale or authorized resale pricing.
- Sales on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or any third-party marketplace platform are strictly prohibited.
- Third-party sellers, marketplace resellers, and drop-shipping arrangements are not permitted.
- Products may only be sold through the distributor’s approved physical retail location(s) or approved direct website.
Violation of pricing policies, liquidation restrictions, or marketplace prohibitions may result in:
- Immediate suspension of distributor pricing
- Order cancellation
- Permanent account termination
- Refusal of future supply
Shipping & Payment
- Orders ship once payment is received unless approved credit terms are in place.
- Freight charges apply unless otherwise specified.
- Pallet or large-volume orders may require freight quotation.
